アグネス・チャンによる日本人恐喝、脅迫
アグネス・チャンは、私に対して長年肉体的虐体、不正アクセス、中傷コメント、中傷記事の書き込みを行って来ました。
アグネス・チャンは社民党「鳥居正宏のときどき口ゴス」を使った名誉毀損事件捏造、逮捕状のない大阪拘置所24日間拘留、二十万円強奪、六百十四万円北陸銀行振り込め詐欺、詩、翻訳詩窃盗等の犯人の一人です。
以下のネット冒涜やらせ記事と手紙は、日付けを遡って、数日前に書き込まれました。
文面は、私に対するものと全く同じで、ネットとネットに集う日本人、日本企業への恐喝、脅迫に過ぎません。

ここ数年、インターネット上では、アグネス・チャンに対する事実無根の誹謗中傷が続いていました。
ヘイトスピーチ的な書き込み、名誉を毀損する嘘の情報、肖像写真の無断使用、日本ユニセフ協会に対するデマなども含めて、皆さんには、ご心配をおかけしています。
弁護士さんからアドバイスを頂き、これまでプロバイダーに、名誉毀損や著作権侵害にあたる書き込みをした人物の情報開示をお願いしてきました。
この度、誹謗中傷の書き込みをした人物が明らかになり、本人から謝罪の手紙が届きました。
山口県に住む渡邉雅春氏です。
同氏の謝罪文は、すでに本人のブログに掲載されています。
心からの謝罪をしている渡邉氏の気持ちを大事にして、今回は告訴を取りやめることにしました。
その手紙の全文をここに掲載します。
どのような人物が誹謗中傷の書き込みをしているのか、その内容がいかに事実無根であるかという事を分かって頂ければ幸いです。
引き続き、他のプロバイダーにも、事実無根の書き込みの削除と、発信者情報の開示をお願いし
ています。
誹謗中傷やデマ、無責任な文章を書き込むということは、インターネットを人を傷つける道具として使うということです。
肖像権や著作権の侵害をはじめ、誹謗中傷や、デマを流し、無責任な文章の書き込みを止めない人物には、今後も徹底して責任を追求し続けて行きます。
報告出来る事があるたびに、ブログやホームページでご報告させて頂きます。

私は山口県長門市在住の渡邉雅春と申します。突然の手紙を失礼致します。実は、楽天ブログで配信した私の記事が、名誉毀損に当たるとして楽天から情報開示を求められている者でございます。
私のブログ記事配信で、アグネスチャン様と日本ユニセフ協会様に大変なご迷惑と名誉を傷つけた事に対して、申し訳なく心底より謝罪致します。
今回の記事については、本年１月に楽天ブログが突然閉鎖され不思議に思っていました。楽天側からは、１月２４日に「照会書」を発信された由ですが、メール配信は恐らく迷惑メールとして削除されたらしく、私は確認をしておりません。
また、楽天ブログは読者数も少ないので以前から廃止しようかと考えていた時分と重なり、敢えて閉鎖の理由を楽天側に確認をしませんでした。
すると、７月２８日に再度楽天から「照会書」が郵送されて来ましたので、初めてブログが閉鎖された理由と、「名誉毀損」の事情を知った次第でございます。と同時に大変驚いているのが偽らざる心情でございます。
私のブログは他の方のホームページ、メールマガジン、ＦＢ等の記事を転載して、意見を述べる方法で発信しています。その為に文章の初めに転載元の記事名を記載しています。今回の記事もその方法で配信しました。・・・・・・・・・・oo・・・・・・・・・・oo・・・・・・・・・・
この記事は１昨年１１月頃に、「楽天ブログ」と「産経ＩＺＡブログ」に配信致しました。その後、楽天は本年１月に閉鎖、ＩＺＡは昨年１２月に廃止、そして過去の記事を引き継いだ「ＦＣ２ブログ」は私が記事を削除しましたので、現在では見る事が出来ない状況です。
私は山口県長門市で、「拉致被害者を救う会山口長門支部長」「日本会議山口長門支部長」を務めている関係上、ブログの読者は殆どが会の関係者です。記事の内容に驚いた為に配信しましたが、閲覧している人は上記の会の関係者と思われます。
驚愕の内容の為に配信をしたのですが、如何に他人様の記事を転載したにしても、著しく名誉を傷つけた事実には弁解の余地がございません。真に申し訳なく深くお詫び申し上げます。
今後は、誹謗、中傷記事に関しては、一切記事の配信をしない覚悟でございます。既に７月の楽天からの照会以降は、そのような記事や写真の投稿を止めております。自分の軽率な行為が、ネット上では不特定多数の方にご迷惑、心痛をお掛けする事を心に刻み、他人様を傷つける行為は絶対にしない事を誓います。
